Programme design and adoption
Translating organisational ambition into clinically meaningful implementation, stakeholder alignment and sustainable programme development.
Robotic Surgery Healthcare
RoSH is an independent, clinically led initiative focused on the safe, effective and sustainable development of robotic surgery services.
Our vision
Achieving this requires more than technology. It requires skilled teams, robust governance and well-organised services that translate innovation into better care.
Areas of focus
A connected view of the practical conditions that turn investment in technology into safe adoption, effective utilisation and long-term clinical value.
Translating organisational ambition into clinically meaningful implementation, stakeholder alignment and sustainable programme development.
Connecting technology with operating theatre practice, pathways, team coordination, utilisation and continuous improvement.
Supporting multidisciplinary readiness through practical learning, role clarity and development grounded in the realities of clinical practice.

RoSH — Clinical Skills Education
Clinical capability starts with the skills people use every day. RoSH develops practical education that strengthens clinical skills, judgement and teamwork across robotic surgery and perioperative care. Tailored to organisations, teams and individual practitioners, learning connects core principles with their application across surgical specialties, roles and clinical settings.
Small-group workshops shaped around your service, staff experience and local policies. Sessions can combine focused teaching, demonstration, simulation and coached practice, with formative feedback and agreed training records.
Discuss a specific learning need, refresh existing skills or prepare for further supervised practice. Enquiries help shape suitable sessions; dates and places are arranged according to demand and suitability.
Further learning needs across clinical and perioperative practice can be explored according to educator expertise and the needs of the organisation or practitioner.
Built around your needs: agree the learners and objectives, align content with local policy, then confirm the format, equipment, educator suitability and delivery arrangements.
Simulation and refresher sessions support learning and development. Attendance or a completion certificate does not confer independent clinical competence; workplace assessment and authorisation remain with the relevant employer or clinical governance process.
Discuss your training needsTell us your topic, clinical role or organisation, learner numbers and preferred location.
Responsible adoption
RoSH is platform neutral. Its focus is not a single manufacturer or device, but the transferable clinical, operational and human capabilities required across robotic surgery systems.
As robotic surgery expands across Europe, responsible development must consider patient safety, workforce readiness, equitable access, interoperability, efficiency and sustainable value. RoSH brings a frontline clinical perspective to that wider health-system conversation.
Founder, Robotic Surgery Healthcare
Clinical leadership
Carmine is a Surgical Care Practitioner and robotic surgery clinical operations specialist. His experience spans more than 2,000 robotic-assisted procedures across urology, gynaecology, colorectal, thoracic and hepatopancreatobiliary surgery.
His wider work includes education, governance, programme implementation and contributions through professional associations and expert advisory activity.
RoSH brings these perspectives together to address robotic surgery as a complete operational healthcare system: from adoption and workforce readiness to safety, utilisation, learning and long-term sustainability.
Work in development
RoSH is developing practical education and approaches to safer clinical services, while connecting stakeholders around the operational foundations of robotic surgery.
